Cell phones are meant to connect children to parents and vice versa. In reality, these little devices may have led to a major disconnect, according to Dr. Catherine Steiner-Adair, a clinical psychologist and author of the book: The Big Disonnect: Protecting childhood and family relationships in the digital age.
